- Liên hệ với khách hàng của công ty nhận booking, thông tin lô hàng
- Đặt chỗ ( booking space ) các hãng tàu hoặc hãng hàng không cho các lô hàng.
- Liên hệ với đại lý nước ngoài, xin báo giá, làm giá với đại lý cho lô hàng
- Chuẩn bị bộ chứng từ hàng xuất/nhập cho đường hàng không/ đường biển.
- Gửi thông tin lô hàng cho các bên có liên quan.
- Theo dõi lô hàng xuất/nhập cho đường hàng không/đường biển: ngày đến, ngày đi, số lượng, ...(chi tiết đơn hàng)
- Thường xuyên cập nhật thông tin cho khách hàng / đại lý về chuyến hàng đang thực hiện
- Kết hợp với kế toán theo dõi công nợ khách hàng kết hợp kế hoạch làm hàng ...
- Theo dõi công nợ đại lý, hãng tàu,.. làm đề nghị thanh toán cho đối tác theo đúng hẹn.
- Kết hợp với bộ phận Logs để chuẩn bị chứng từ, hợp đồng... để làm hàng, giao hàng cho khách.
- Giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng và các vấn đề liên quan đến hàng hóa.
- Làm các báo cáo liên quan đến lĩnh vực phụ trách.
