3.1. Giá thuê nhà xưởng là: 16.000đ/m2/tháng (Bằng chữ: mười sáu nghìn đồng )( đã bao gôm thuế VAT)

Dự kiến thuê sân bãi là 7000đ/ m2( Nếu bên B có nhu càu)
3.2. Bên B sẽ trả trước cho Bên A 6 tháng tiền thuê nhà xưởng
Sau thời hạn 3 năm, tiền thuê nhà xưởng, kho bãi sẽ được điều chỉnh .theo giá thị trường. Khi Bên B thanh toán tiền cho Bên A thì Bên A có trách nhiên cung cấp chứng tờ hóa đơn cho Bên B.
