Nếu không thể sửa lỗi và phần mềm phải thay phiên bản mới thì phần mềm phiên bản mới sẽ được bảo hành, bảo dưỡng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật khai thác sử dụng tiếp trong vòng mười hai (12) tháng kể từ ngày được cài đặt lại trên hệ thống của Bên Mua.
