Nền hành chính nước ta hoạt động chủ yếu theo mô hình hành chính công truyền thống theo đúng trình tự thủ tực, để đạt hiệu lực cao nhất. Tuy nhiên nền hành chính nước ta lại đang còn rất nhiều hạn chế bởi vậy mà Nhà nước ta đang đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi dần từ mô hình hành chính công sang mô hình quản lý công cho phù hợp với thời đại và đạt hiệu quả cao, góp phần đẩy mạnh phát triền nền kinh tế đất nước.
