Tính cách con người có ảnh hưởng quan trọng đến việc lựa chọn ngành nghề. There are big 5 personality traits such as: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion and Agreeableness. Để biết chính xác đặc điểm tính cách, chúng ta có thể làm những bài trắc nghiệm về tính cách của bản thân qua đó có thể dễ dàng định hướng những công việc phù hợp với bản thân trong tương lai. Trong bài viết này tôi sẽ mô tả những giá trị của bản thân mà theo tôi là quan trọng , các tính chất của công việc cũng như những ngành nghề(job) liên quan đến tính cách của tôi và những công ty mà tôi muốn ( mơ ước )để có được công việc này.

(Why?).Because nếu bạn chọn làm một công việc mà không có sự yêu thích, đam mê, thì sẽ giống như một sự gượng ép và bạn cứ cố làm nó và kết quả là bạn sẽ chẳng bao giờ thành công. Ví dụ như bạn thích nghiên cứu về hội họa nhưng bố mẹ lại bắt bạn phải học chuyên ngành về tài chính. Đó quả thật là một cực hình. When you have the passion and you love what you do, you will work with higher performance and more fun with aggressive people. Sự kiên trì cũng là một phần rất cần thiết nếu bạn muốn đạt được thành công. Bạn có mục tiêu và lập kế hoạch rõ ràng nhưng bạn lại không có sự tập trung và không có sự kiên trì như vậy sẽ rất khó để có thể đạt được kế hoạch như mong muốn.
