Mục 4. TỔNG GIÁM ĐỐC VÀ BỘ MÁY GIÚP VIỆC
Điều 22. Tổng giám đốc
1. Tổng giám đốc là người đại diện theo pháp luật của Ngân hàng Phát triển Việt Nam, điều hành hoạt động hàng ngày của Ngân hàng Phát triển Việt Nam, chịu trách nhiệm trước Hội đồng quản trị và trước pháp luật về việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ và quyền hạn của mình.
2. Nhiệm kỳ của Tổng giám đốc là 05 (năm) năm và có thể được bổ nhiệm lại với số nhiệm kỳ không hạn chế.
3. Tiêu chuẩn và điều kiện để được bổ nhiệm Tổng giám đốc được thực hiện theo quy định lại Điều lệ này.

Article 22 Director General
