Hợp đồng thuê nhà giữa tôi và ông đến 31/7/2015 sẽ hết hạn; Tôi sẽ giảm cho ông 1 tháng tiền thuê nhà (600USD) nếu ông tiếp tục ký tiếp hợp đồng thuê nhà hoặc giới thiệu người khác thuê nhà thay ông.

The lease between me and him to 31/7/2015 will expire; I will give you 1 month rent (600USD) if he signed a lease or refer others to rent instead of him.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Lease agreement between me and him to 31/07/2015 will expire; I will drop him one month's rent ($ 600) if he continues to renew your lease or rent to refer people to replace him.
