1 – Đánh giá toàn bộ giai đoạn của dự án
1.1. Chất lượng và sự phù hợp của việc lập kế hoạch dự án.
- Dựa vào kết quả đánh giá PRA tại xã San Sả Hồ năm 2009 và những kết quả, kinh nghiệm triển khai dự án giai đoạn 2 tại xã Sử Pán. Từ chính nhu cầu cấp thiết của người dân Dự án đã xây dựng kế hoạch chi tiết các hoạt động chuyển giao kỹ thuật nông nghiệp bền vững, các hoạt động khích lệ nông dân tự hành động thay đổi cải thiện cuộc sống.
Căn cứ kế hoạch tổng thể, hàng tháng Ban quản lý (BQL) dự án lập kế hoạch chi tiết cho từng hoạt động sao cho phù hợp với nguồn lực của cơ quan, phù hợp với lịch thời vụ sản xuất của nông dân.
