Chỉ đạo xử lý kịp thời các tồn tại trong công tác quản trị rủi ro trên cơ sở các báo cáo của Giám đốc Công ty, Bộ phận Quản trị rủi ro và các bộ phận khác có liên quan đến hoạt động Quản trị rủi ro; Báo cáo trực tiếp HĐQT về kết quả xử lý.
- Kiểm tra, đánh giá đầy đủ tính hiệu quả và hiệu lực của Bộ phận Quản trị rủi ro;
- Định kỳ 3 tháng một lần lập báo cáo Hội đồng quản trị về công tác quản trị rủi ro của Công ty.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
