Sản lượng cá ngừ đại dương khai thác được khá: Phú Yên 5.160 tấn, tăng 13,8%; Bình Định 6.785 tấn, tăng 52,6%. Sản lượng thủy sản khai thác ước đạt 2.009 nghìn tấn, tăng 4,6% so với cùng kỳ năm trước; trong đó khai thác biển đạt 1.869 nghìn tấn, tăng 5,3%.
