Phụ lục này được lập nhằm bổ sung và là một phần không tách rời của hợp đồng số VNPC-VIETNHAT 15/09-001. Ngoài các điều khoản nêu tại Phụ lục hợp đồng này, các nội dung khác liên quan đến quá trình giao dịch giữa hai bên sẽ tuân theo các quy định tại hợp đồng đã ký giữa hai bên. Phụ lục được lập thành 02 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau mỗi bên giữ 01 bản.ên
