- Cục Khoa học công nghệ và Đào tạo tổ chức thành lập Hội đồng tư vấn phát triển đề cương, chương trình đổi mới.
Hội đồng tư vấn xây dựng, thẩm định và phê duyệt đề cương hỗ trợ kỹ thuật liên tục cho Trường Cao đẳng Y tế trong suốt thời gian phát triển, hoàn thiện đề cương đổi mới. Hội đồng đã tư vấn cho trường những tiêu chí cơ bản để đảm bảo những yêu cầu chung của dự án cùng với những minh chứng thể hiện đảm bảo triết lý đào tạo dựa trên năng lực, các nội dung của bản kế hoạch chiến lược bao gồm mục tiêu, các hoạt động và chỉ số thực hiện đầu ra (Key Performance Indicatior-KPI). Các cuộc họp, thảo luận được tổ chức để hỗ trợ kĩ thuật cho trường trong việc hoàn thiện đề án đổi mới chương trình một cách khả thi, bền vững, công khai, chi phí – hiệu quả. Các thành viên Hội đồng tư vấn sẽ được phân công nhiệm vụ cụ thể đối với những kết quả đổi mới của trường đặc biệt sự theo dõi, giám sát liên tục cùng với những báo cáo, tài liệu của Hội đồng tư vấn chính là cơ sở quan trọng để Trường Cao đẳng Y tế cũng như những trường khác có tham gia gói “đổi mới chương trình đào tạo”. Khung tiếp cận đổi mới giáo dục y khoa dựa trên năng lực của Việt Nam sẽ được nghiên cứu tổng hợp từ những bài học thành công và thách thức trong suốt quá trình đổi mới của các trường tại Việt Nam.

The Advisory Council members will be assigned specific tasks with regard to the results of the special school of innovation to the follow-up, monitoring and reporting, a document of the Council the main advice is important to base Medical College as well as the other schools have joined the Pack "renovation training program". The frames reach the medical education innovation based on Vietnam's capacity will be studied from the successful lessons and challenges during the process of renovation of the schools in Vietnam.
