- Nhân viên giao nhận photo tờ khai và đến Hải quan thanh lý hàng xuất ở Cát Lái để thanh lý.
- Nhân viên mang tờ khai đã thông quan đến hải quan giám sát bãi ghi số container/seal, tàu/chuyến lên tờ khai gốc.
- Sau đó, nộp tờ khai (photo và gốc để kiểm tra) tại phòng thanh lí.
- Hải quan thanh lí kiểm tra đóng dấu xác nhận và trả lại tờ khai bản gốc.
(Khi thanh lý nhân viên giao nhận sẽ mất phí chi cho Hải quan thanh lý là 10.000đ/1 cont)
Vào sổ tàu hàng xuất
- Nhân viên giao nhận đem tờ khai đã thanh lý và phiếu xác nhận seal để Hải quan vào sổ tàu đến vị trí vô sổ tàu đưa cho nhân viên ở đó.
