2.2.1. Phát biêu của Giám đốc Đại học Đà nẵng

Hôm nay tại Hội trường khách sạn Furama Đà Nẵng, được sự đồng ý và cho phép của Chính phủ, sự khuyến khích của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Bộ Khoa học Công Nghệ và Uỷ Ban Nhân dân thành phố Đà Nẵng, Đại học Đà Nẵng chúng tôi phối hợp với Quỹ Giáo dục Việt-Mỹ (US-VN Foundation) tổ chức hội thảo khoa học quốc tế (international symposium) về chủ đề “Chiến lược kinh tế xã hội Miền Trung Việt Nam trước thềm thế kỷ XXI”(Socio-economic development strategy for Central Vietnam at the threshold of the 21st century) .
Thay mặt cho Đại học Đà nẵng, tôi xin nhiệt liệt chào mừng các vị khách quý đến từ các cơ quan ngành trung ương và địa phương, các nhà khoa học đến từ các trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu các nước Mỹ, Canada, Thái Lan, Nhật Bản, và các nhà khoa học, các nhà hoạch định chiến lược phát triển kinh tế-xã hội trong nước và khu vực miền Trung về tham dự và báo cáo tại hội thảo.

Thưa các đồng chí,
Thưa các quý vị đại biểu,

Tôi rất vui mừng thay mặt lãnh đạo Bộ Tài nguyên-Môi trường tham dự Hội thảo cấp quốc gia Đề án “Xây dựng Đà Nẵng - thành phố môi trường” ngày hôm nay. Diễn ra vào thời điểm các tỉnh miền Trung vừa trải qua cơn lũ lớn, gây nhiều thiệt hại về người và của cho thấy quyết tâm rất cao của lãnh đạo và nhân dân thành phố Đà Nẵng trong việc xây dựng một thánh phố hiện đại, thân thiện với môi trường. Tôi đánh giá rất cao và hoan nghênh sáng kiến của các đồng chí, đồng thời mong muốn rằng mô hình này sẽ sớm thành công và được các địa phương khác trong nước học tập và nhân rộng.

Là một trong những địa phương năng động nhất khu vực miền Trung, có vị trí trọng yếu về kinh tế - xã hội cũng như an ninh - quốc phòng, là đầu mối giao thông quan trọng cả về đường bộ, đường sắt, đường biển và đường hàng không, là cửa ngõ chính ra biển Đông của các tỉnh miền Trung-Tây Nguyên và các nước tiểu vùng Mê Kông, trong thời gian qua Đà Nẵng đã rất nỗ lực để tăng trưởng kinh tế - xã hội và hội nhập quốc tế. Tuy nhiên, mọi thay đổi và tăng trưởng đều có thể tác động tiêu cực đến môi trường. Cho nên trong quá trình phát triển, môi trường phải được coi là một trong ba trụ cột cơ bản không thể tách rời cùng với quá trình phát triển kinh tế - xã hội.

2.2.3. Phát biểu của Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Nhân dân thành phố Đà Nẵng (Hội thảo “Miền Trung - Vận hội mới cho đầu tư và phát triển”, ngày 27/03/2008)

Trước hết, thay mặt chính quyền và nhân dân thành phố Đà Nẵng, tôi xin nhiệt liệt chào mùng toàn thể quý vị đại biểu, các vị khách quý đã về dự Hội thảo “Miền Trung - Vận hội mới cho đầu tư và phát triển” do Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư phối hợp với UBND thành phố Đà Nẵng và Báo Sài Gòn Giải Phóng tổ chức. Thông qua Hội thảo này, chúng ta sẽ có dịp nhìn nhận rõ hơn những cơ hội mới về đầu tư và phát triển cho khu vực miền Trung của Việt Nam.

... Chúng tôi cho rằng Hội thảo lần này sẽ là một cơ hội quý giá để chúng ta giới thiệu, trao đổi về các cơ hội đầu tư kinh doanh, tăng cường hợp tác giữa Đà Nẵng với các địa phương miền Trung và giữa miền Trung với các nhà đầu tư trong và ngoài nước để cung nhau phát triển.

2.2.4. Phát biểu của đại diện cộng đồng doanh nghiệp tại Đà Nẵng

Kính thưa các quý vị đại biểu,
Kính thưa quý thầy cô giáo, các bậc phụ huynh và các bạn sinh viên thân mến,

Hôm nay tôi rất vinh dự đại diện cho cộng đồng Doanh nghiệp địa phương tham dự và phát biểu trong buổi Lễ khai giảng Chương trình Đào tạo Cử nhân chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh (niên khoá 2005-2010) theo hình thức liên kết đào tạo giữa ĐHĐN, ĐH Towson (Vương quốc Anh) và Tổ chức Giáo dục Quốc tế Anh EDEXCEL.

Lần đầu tiên được tổ chức tạị Đà Nẵng nói riêng và Miền Trung nói chung, chương trình đã đem lại cho chúng tôi rất nhiều hứa hẹn về nguồn nhân lực chuyên nghiệp trong tương lai. Đây là cơ hội để thế hệ trẻ thành phố Đà Nẵng và rộng hơn nữa là thế hệ trẻ Miền Trung tiếp thu những kiến thức và kỹ năng hiện đại về kinh doanh và quản lý, những kỹ năng chuyên nghiệp trong công việc, học hỏi những kỹ năng thiêt thực cho nghề nghiệp tương lai.

Cộng đồng doanh nghiệp chúng tôi rất mong được tiếp nhận những sinh viên của chương trình sau khi hoàn thành các khoá học. Đây cũng là cơ hội cho chúng tôi có thể thúc đẩy các hoạt động kinh doanh, nâng cao vị thế cạnh tranh của các công ty trong nước trong bước đường hội nhập với nền kinh tế toàn cầu.
