Cùng thoả thuận ký kết Biên bản thanh lý Hợp đồng tư vấn số: …/2010/…-…. với những điều khoản cụ thể sau:

Điều 1: Kết quả thực hiện hợp đồng
Bên B đã thực hiện xong các nội dung quy định tại Điều 1 Hợp đồng Tư vấn số : …/2010/…-…. ký ngày …./…/20…..
1.1. Bên B đã tư vấn, xây dựng, hoàn thiện và chuyển cho Bên A toàn bộ hồ sơ chuyển đổi và thực hiện ………………i. Việc ………….. công ty đã thành công theo đúng yêu cầu của Bên A và đã được Bên A chấp thuận.

2.1. Bên B đã giao lại đầy đủ cho Bên A các tài liệu Bên A đã cung cấp cho Bên B để sử dụng trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng.
Điều 2: Về việc thực hiện quyền hạn và trách nhiệm của hai Bên
2.2. Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, mỗi Bên đều đã thực hiện đầy đủ và nghiêm túc trách nhiệm và quyền hạn của mình theo đúng các quy định tại Điều 2 và Điều 3 của Hợp đồng.
2.3. Hai Bên đã hợp tác trên tinh thần hỗ trợ lẫn nhau và không phát sinh tranh chấp hay vướng mắc nào.

Điều 3: Phí dịch vụ và phương thức thanh toán

3.1. Căn cứ Điều 4 của Hợp đồng, Bên A phải thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền là ……….000.000VNĐ (………….. đồng chẵn) chưa bao gồm thuế Giá trị gia tăng 10% theo quy định hiện hành.
3.2. Bên B sẽ phát hành hoá đơn GTGT cho Bên A như sau:
