- Ngày 27/12 sau khi KSV kiểm và ký xác nhận các bất hợp kệ, TTV thông báo bất hợp lệ cho đơn vị nhập khẩu có chữ ký của trưởng phòng thanh toán quốc tế. (Mẫu thông báo xem phụ lục)
- Ngay sau khi thông báo bất hợp lệ cho doanh nghiệp, điện báo bất hợp lệ cho ngân hàng nước ngoài (Mitsubishi Tokyo) bằng điện MT999. Bản in điện MT999 được soạn và kiểm tra tương tự như bản in điện phát hành L/C (xem bản điện MT999 chỉnh sửa tại phụ lục). In điện báo bất hợp lệ chính thức MT999 (xem bản điện MT999 chính thức tại phụ lục)
c. Ngày 29 tháng 12, sau khi nghiên cứu các bất hợp lệ, đơn vị nhập khẩu gửi thông báo chấp nhận các bất hợp lệ trên và đồng ý thanh toán đúng hạn bộ chứng từ trị giá JPY 4.500.000 có chữ ký của giám đốc công ty và kế toán trƣởng cùng con dấu công ty.
- Sau khi nhận được thông báo chấp nhận bất hợp lệ cả đơn vị nhập khẩu, thanh toán viên kiểm tra nguồn tiền thanh toán và làm thủ tục ký hậu B/L và giao chứng từ cho khách hàng
d. Ký hậu B/L và giao chứng từ cho khách hàng:
- Đóng dấu ký hậu B/L ở mặt sau B/L:

- Sau khi kiểm tra xem đơn vị nhập khẩu có đủ tiền thanh toán bộ chứng từ và các chi phí liên quan, giao chứng từ cho khách hàng và đề nghị khách hàng ký nhận chứng từ ở mặt sau chứng thư ngân hàng nước ngoài và ghi rõ:

“đã nhận đầy đủ chứng từ, 29/12/2015, kí tên”
- Ngày 29 tháng 4, HSBC tại Hamburg điện nhắc về L/C và nội dung thanh toán của L/C

e. Điện thông báo chấp nhận bất hợp lệ cho ngân hàng nƣớc ngoài (HSBC tại Hamburg)
- TTV soạn điện thông báo chấp nhận các bất hợp lệ của bộ chứng từ. Bản in điện MT999 được chỉnh sửa theo qui trình giống như bản in điện mở L/C.
- Ngày 8 tháng 1, điện chính thức MT999 thông báo cho Mitsubishi Tokyo về việc chấp nhận những bất hợp lệ của bộ chứng từ và xác nhận ngày đáo hạn của B/E là ngày 23 tháng 2 năm 2016.

3. Thanh toán hối phiếu khi đến hạn:

- Ngày 23/02 TTV đăng kí vốn tại hội sở.
- TTV kiểm tra lại hồ sơ, nhập dữ liệu vào máy, hạch toán thu điện phí, thủ tục phí và chuyển điện thanh toán.
- VietinBank chi nhánh Lâm Đồng có tài khoản tại ngân hàng Mitsubishi-Tokyo nên điện thanh toán trực tiếp
- Nội dung của biểu phí và điện phí như sau:
+ Tổng giá trị L/C phải thanh toán là 4.500.000 JPY điện phí (gồm có phí của 4 điện); tổng phí 57,44 USD .

+ In phiếu hạch toán, kiểm tra, ký xác nhận và chuyển cho LĐP kí duyệt.
+ Điện MT202 cho ngân hàng Mitsubishi Tokyo hướng dẫn thanh toán theo như trên thư ngân hàng.
+ Bản điện được in và được kiểm tra lại và kí xác nhận giống như quá trình phát hành L/C
- Hạch toán như trên
- Chuyển toàn bộ hồ sơ, điện thanh toán và giấy báo cho KSV trước khi trình LĐP kí duyệt.
- Lưu bìa hồ sơ tất cả các chứng từ có liên quan.
