Các mẫu form cũng như tiêu chí kiểm toán sẽ được ban Tổng Giám Đốc công ty phê duyệt và điều chỉnh theo từng thời kỳ.
Phạm Vi kiểm toán: Đội kiểm toán sẽ thực hiện việc kiểm tra hệ thống bán hàng các kênh: GT,MT.
1/ Kiểm tra NPP,Keyshop, Outlet ( Auditor thực hiện).
2/ Kiểm tra SS,NVBH,PG ( Auditor thực hiện).
3/ Kiểm tra thông tin ngoài thị trường (Nhân Viên Audit kết hợp với Sales Sup,NVBH hoặc tự kiểm tra).
4/ Kiểm tra RSM,ASM(Sales Audit Manager thực hiện)
