Trường hợp gửi phiếu biểu quyết đến

Trường hợp gửi phiếu biểu quyết đến cuộc họp thông qua thư, phiếu biểu quyết phải đựng trong phong bì kín và phải được chuyển đến Trưởng ban BQT chậm nhất một giờ trước khi khai mạc. Phiếu biểu quyết chỉ được mở trước sự chứng kiến của tất cả những người dự họp.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The case sent to the meeting voting via mail, voting to stay in the sealed envelope and must be transferred to the Chief ADMINISTRATORS at the latest one hour before the opening. Voting is only open in front of all those people who attended the meeting.

Where the votes sent by mail to the meeting, the vote must be put in a sealed envelope and must be referred to Chief BQT at least one hour before the opening. The vote can only be opened in the presence of all the participants.
