12.1 BÊN B đơn phương dừng HỢP ĐỒNG và vi phạm về tiến độ thực hiện CÔNG VIỆC theo quy định tại PHỤ LỤC 3 [TIẾN ĐỘ VÀ KẾ HOẠCH THỰC HIỆN CÔNG VIỆC], thì BÊN B sẽ bị phạt với mức phạt 2% giá trị HỢP ĐỒNG trong 07 (bảy) NGÀY chậm trễ đầu tiên. Phạt thêm 0.5% cho mỗi đợt 07 (bảy) NGÀY tiếp theo cho đến mức tổng số các lần phạt không quá 8% giá trị HỢP ĐỒNG.

12.1 B SIDE unilaterally stopped the contract and infringement on the progress of WORK as stipulated in annex 3 [the PROGRESS and IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK], then the B SIDE will be penalized with a fine of 2% of the value of the CONTRACT within 7 (seven) DAYS of the first delay. Add 0.5% penalty for each 7 (seven) days until the extent of the number of times a fine not more than 8% of the contract value.
