Hàn Quốc tiếp nhận lại lao động Việt Nam

Theo Bộ Lao động, Thương binh và Xã hội, trong khuôn khổ hợp tác lao động giữa Việt Nam và Hàn Quốc, ngày 10-4-2015, Bộ trưởng Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội Việt Nam và Bộ trưởng Bộ Việc làm và Lao động Hàn Quốc đã ký lại Biên bản ghi nhớ đặc biệt (MOU đặc biệt) về phái cử và tiếp nhận lao động Việt Nam sang làm việc tại Hàn.
Đây là bản MOU đặc biệt lần thứ 2 được ký sau khi MOU đặc biệt lần thứ nhất hết hạn vào 31-12-2014. Việc ký lại lần này phản ánh sự nỗ lực của Việt Nam trong việc thực hiện các biện pháp giảm lao động Việt Nam cư trú bất hợp pháp tại Hàn Quốc đã có những hiệu quả bước đầu được Hàn Quốc ghi nhận.
Bản MOU đặc biệt này hướng tới 2 nhóm đối tượng, gồm những lao động đã thi đỗ trong các kỳ thi tiếng Hàn tháng 12-2011, tháng 5-2012, tháng 8-2012 và tháng 3-2014 vừa qua nhưng chưa được người sử dụng lao động Hàn Quốc lựa chọn; và những lao động về nước đúng thời hạn và đã đạt một trong các kỳ thi tiếng Hàn đặc biệt tổ chức sau tháng 12-2011 mà chưa được người sử dụng lao động Hàn Quốc lựa chọn.
