 Thông tin thu nhập

- Chuẩn bị: Túi nilon kích thước 30 x 45 cm, bông nút, dây chun. Túi nilon phải

được gấp đáy. Giống nấm phải có mùi thơm dễ chịu, không có mùi chua, không có

các đốm kỳ lạ,..

- Nguyên liệu trong túi nilong : mùn cưa, cám bắp, cám gạo, vôi và nhiều thành

phần khác để bổ sung C, N, P cho nấm phát triển. Vì đây là trại nấm sạch nên

không có bất kì chất hoá học nào trong thành phần nguyên liệu.

- Cho chất dinh dưỡng được trộn đều này vào tuí nilon, sau đó cho vào tủ hấp ở

nhiệt độ 103 0 C-113 0 C trong khoảng 8 tiếng để diệt vi khuẩn.

- Đóng bịch, cấy giống: Cho nguyên liệu vào túi đã chuẩn bị, dùng tay ấn nhẹ rồi

điều chỉnh lớp nguyên liệu đó sao cho dày từ 5 – 7 cm, sau đó rắc một lớp nấm

xung quanh thành túi. Làm 3 lớp như vậy, lớp trên cùng rắc đều trên bề mặt (trừ

khoang miệng túi nút bông)

- Xếp những bịch nilon chứa chất dinh dưỡng đó lên dàn đặt trong môi trường tối,

tưới nước đều để giữ độ ẩm, cho nấm có điều kiện phát triển tốt. Sau khoảng 4 -5

tháng có thể thu hoạch, mỗi bịch nấm như trên có thể thu hoạch 3-4 lần cách nhau

từ 15 ngày để nấm phát triển trở lại

- Khi hết khả năng sử dụng, rã bịch nilon ra, dồn bịch lại thành đống. Thải bỏ 8kg/1

tháng, (thu gom chất thải lại đến nơi thu gom công cộng).

- Phần chất dinh dưỡng thải bỏ thì ủ cho hoai rồi đem làm phân hữu cơ bón ở vườn

chuối đối diện trại nấm.
