Tất cả các hàng hóa được vận chuyển trên các chuyển bay của hãng bay đều cần tuân thủ các quy định về hàng hóa nguy hiểm của IATA. Bên B sẽ hoàn toàn phải chịu trách nhiệm đối với những hàng hóa không đủ điều kiện đảm bảo các quy định nêu trên.
