Môn học ”Dinh dưỡng học động vật ”

Môn học ”Dinh dưỡng học động vật ” cung cấp cho người học những kiến thức cơ bản về thành phần và giá trị dinh dưỡng của thức ăn, vai trò của các chất dinh dưỡng trong thức ăn đối với vật nuôi, các phương pháp xác định giá trị dinh dưỡng của thức ăn; đặc điểm dinh dưỡng của các loại thức ăn dùng trong chăn nuôi và các phương pháp chế biến thức ăn chăn nuôi. Môn học cũng cung cấp những nguyên lí chủ yếu trong nuôi dưỡng vật nuôi đồng thời hướng dẫn các phương pháp xác định nhu cầu dinh dưỡng, phối hợp khẩu phần ăn cho vật nuôi, phương pháp xác định một số thành phần hóa học của thức ăn.

Subjects "animal nutritionist" gives the learner the basics of composition and nutritional value of food, the role of nutrients in food for pets, the method of determining the nutritional value of food; the nutritional characteristics of foods used in livestock production and processing methods of animal feed. Subjects also provides the principle of feeding pets at the same time guide the methods of determining nutrient needs, coordinating the diet for pets, some method of determining the chemical composition of food.
