b) Trường hợp Hệ thống không xác định trạng thái doanh nghiệp là “Đang hoạt động” (tình trạng khác hoặc không xác định tình trạng) mà doanh nghiệp có chứng từ chứng minh doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động bình thường thì thực hiện như sau:
b.1) Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra chứng từ do doanh nghiệp nộp/xuất trình. Nếu chứng từ hợp lệ, lập Bảng kê với 03 nội dung thông tin gồm:
- Mã số thuế của doanh nghiệp;
- Tên doanh nghiệp;
- Nội dung xử lý: nêu rõ nội dung cần xử lý (Ví dụ: Tên doanh nghiệp trên Hệ thống không thống nhất với tên doanh nghiệp ghi trên Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp).
b.2) Chi cục trưởng Chi cục Hải quan ký tên, đóng dấu Chi cục Hải quan trên Bảng kê, fax Bảng kê và các chứng từ doanh nghiệp nộp về Tổng cục Hải quan (qua đầu mối tiếp nhận là Ban Quản lý rủi ro – số fax: [phone]).
Chi cục Hải quan nơi đăng ký tờ khai có trách nhiệm thực hiện trong thời hạn 02 giờ kể từ thời điểm người khai hải quan cung cấp đủ các chứng từ quy định.
