Khi hành động khắc phục- phòng ngừa liên quan đến nhiều phòng ban thì các trưởng phòng/ ban liên quan có trách nhiệm thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục - phòng ngừa trong phạm vi chức năng, nhiệm vụ của phòng/ban mình.
