Bản draft Hợp đồng của Rubik gởi ngày 21/12/2015 giống y như các bản draft Hợp đồng mà Rubik đã gởi trước đó cho Chủ đầu tư (ngoại trừ phần scope có mở rộng thêm phần detail design). Hợp đồng chưa thể hiện rõ trách nhiệm, nghĩa vụ, chất lượng sản phẩm thiết kế, bảo hiểm trách nhiệm... của Nhà tư vấn. Do vậy, cần phải hiệu chỉnh, bổ sung các mục như sau:
