Công thức tính lực kéo:
F = pAcos(f – tanα) / (1 + f sinα1 cosα1)
Trong đó:
- p: ứng xuất co rút của sản phẩm nhựa. Sản phẩm nhựa được làm nguội trong khuôn 19,6 MPa và được làm nguội ngoài khuôn 39.2 MPa
- A: diện tích mặt của lõi bao bởi sản phẩm nhựa (m2)
- α1: góc thoát khuôn
- F: lực kéo (N). Lực uốn của chốt xiên: Fb = F / cos α (Trong đó: α là góc nghiêng của chốt xiên)
