A. Reduce the Children Shelter’s budget by 10% (Xuan + Binh)
B. Increase in-country donations by 15% (Xuan + Trang)
C. Establish long-term donations/donors for community assistance programs (Xuan + Trang)

A. CHILDREN SHELTER
1. Development
a) Find Deputy Director
b) Prepare process to accept 3-5 children within the shelter in July/August (Xuan + Hanh)
c) Continue following the kids on a case-by-case basis (Housemothers)
2. Education

a) Kids testing for University - Tu & Loan (Housemothers)
b) Kids testing into High School - Nhi & Anh (Housemothers)

c) English tutoring (Trang)

d) Additional monthly workshops for the children (Loan + Trang)
e) Extracurricular education (Housemothers)
3. Maintenance
a) Anticipate maintenance + budget for repairs by June 2016 (Everyone)
