Khi phát hiện khủng hoảng (dưới dạng nguy cơ/sự cố) trong khu vực mình phụ trách, Trưởng các Phòng/ Ban cấp Tập đoàn hoặc Lãnh đạo của P&Ls lập tức báo ngay cho LĐTĐ và Trưởng Ban Truyền thông (hoặc người được ủy quyền) bằng điện thoại/ tin nhắn và email.
Yêu cầu thông tin: Nhanh, chính xác và phương án xử lý (nếu có).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

When the crisis (in the form of risk/problem) in his area in charge, the head of the Division or group-level leadership of P & Ls immediately notify LĐTĐ and head of communications (or authorized person) by telephone, SMS and email.Request information: quick, correct and process (if any).

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Upon detection of crisis (as a risk / breakdown) in areas under their charge, Head of Department / Board level Group or Leader of the P & Ls away immediately notify LDTD and Chief Communications (or their authorized persons rights) by phone / text messages and email.
Request information: Fast, precise and handling plans (if any).
