Tổng diện tích mặt sàn tòa nhà rộng gần 30.000m2 (chưa kể 4 tầng hầm), trong đó 5 tầng làm trung tâm thương mại, từ tầng 6 trở lên là căn hộ để bán hoặc cho thuê.
