Heart failure (ST) is one of the cardiovascular disease incidence and incidence increases with age throughout the world [1]. ST is also the main reason for the elderly suffering from heart failure hospitalization and re-hospitalization [3] Compliance with medication regimes is one of the most important factors to prevent complications and consequences of diseases caused ST . The lack of ability to comply with treatment regimes in ST leads to increased rate of patients ST repeat hospitalization [10]. Although enhance treatment adherence behavior in heart failure, but the death rate due to heart failure remains high. Compliance dosing regime depends many factors including gender, education level, income, comorbid conditions , knowledge of heart failure and social support [12,13]. However, the main research in Vietnam is still limited, there are no studies on the association between these factors and behavioral compliance dosing regimen in patients with heart failure. Therefore, I want to do research with the goal of finding an association between compliance behavior dosing regimen and the relationship between these factors include gender, education level, income, comorbid conditions, knowledge of heart failure and social assistance with self-care behaviors in older people themselves suffer heart failure in Nam Dinh, Vietnam. Since then, as the basis for strategies to change the perception of nursing in Vietnam behavior change medication adherence of patients with heart failure.
