4.6 Phương pháp giải ngân
Việc giải ngân cho các hoạt động của dự án sẽ được thực hiện theo phương pháp giải ngân đáp ứng (matching), theo đó trước khi thực hiện dự án, Doanh nghiệp sẽ mở một tài khoản chỉ để dành riêng cho các hoạt động của dự án. GCF sẽ giải ngân theo từng giai đoạn cụ thể hay theo từng hoạt động một khi doanh nghiệp đã đóng góp phần của mình vào tài khoản dự án theo cam kết.
