Thuế GTGT 5% = 87.750.000
Tổng cộng = 1.842.750.000
Giá trên là giá tạm tính, nếu giá thị trường có biến động tăng hoặc giảm thì Bên Mua phải thông báo trước ít nhất một ngày và phải được Bên Bán đồng ý.
Nếu Bên Bán đồng ý, thì giá trị sẽ được tính lại dựa trên cơ sở giá mới đã được Bên Mua đề xuất và được Bên Bán đồng ý.
Nếu Bên Bán không đồng ý với mức giá theo đề xuất của Bên Mua, Bên Bán có quyền không tiếp tục bán hàng cho Bên Mua nữa mà không phải chịu bất kì trách nhiệm nào.
