ĐIỀU 10: LUẬT CHI PHỐI VÀ TRỌNG TÀI
­ Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các điều khoản của hợp đồng, chủ động thông báo cho nhau tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng. Nếu có vấn đề gì bất lợi phát sinh, hai bên kịp thời thông báo cho nhau để thương lượng và cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác.
­ Trong trường hợp hai bên không tự giải quyết được, một trong hai bên có quyền đưa vụ việc đến Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam, chi nhánh TP. Hồ Chí Minh để giải quyết. Quyết định của Trung tâm là cuối cùng và phải được hai bên chấp hành nghiêm túc.

Article 10: the DOMINANT LAW and ARBITRATIONThe two sides are committed to comply with the terms of the contract, proactively inform each other progress made the contract. If any problems arise, the two adverse parties promptly inform each other to negotiate and discuss together resolve on the spirit of cooperation.In case the two sides do not resolve, either party has the right to take the case to international arbitration centre in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Branch to solve. The Center's decision is final and must be two Executive parties seriously.

ARTICLE 10: LAW GOVERNING AND ARBITRATION
The two sides pledged to comply with the terms of the contract, proactively notify each other of the progress of implementation of the contract. If any problems arise disadvantage, the two sides informed each other in time to negotiate and to discuss and resolve on the spirit of cooperation.
In case the two parties can not be resolved, either party may the right to take the case to the International Arbitration Centre of Vietnam, Ho chi Minh City branch. Ho Chi Minh City to settle. Centre's decision is final and the two sides must be implemented seriously.
