Kiểm tra, giám sát kỹ thuật, tiến độ, chất lượng của dự án;
Chỉ đạo và kiểm tra công tác an toàn lao động tại hiện trường các dự án;
Chủ trì xây dựng và giám sát thực hiện các quy trình quản lý thi công tại dự án;
Tổ chức, thực hiện, giám sát công tác nghiệm thu và thanh quyết toán;
