Chương 1 đã giới thiệu một cách khá tổng quát về đơn vị đề tài được tiến hành, đó là Công ty TNHH TMDV Sao Nam Việt. Đồng thời đề cập đến các sản phẩm, dịch vụ đang được cung cấp tại đơn vị. Việc tìm hiểu các thông tin cơ bản cũng như các quy định làm việc tại công ty Sao Nam Việt giúp tác giả thuận lợi hơn trong việc phân tích tình hình tài chính trong công ty ở chương 2.

Trong chương tiếp theo sẽ trình bày những khảo sát thực tế về tình hình phát triển doanh thu, lợi nhuận của Công ty trong 3 năm 2011 – 2013 (chủ yếu là 2012 và 2013), với việc phân tích tài chính sẽ giúp tác giả đánh giá được năng lực kinh doanh của Công ty để tìm ra điểm yếu, điểm mạnh của Công ty để tận dụng cơ hội vượt qua thách thức, từ đó nâng cao hình ảnh của công ty hơn trong tâm trí khách hàng, hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.


TÓM TẮT CHƯƠNG 2

Nội dung chương 2 đã đề cập đến thực trạng hoạt động tài chính của Công ty Sao Nam Việt. Với việc phân tích các số liệu thống kê về sản lượng, doanh thu, chi phí, các chỉ tiêu hoàn thành kế hoạch đã cho thấy năng lực kinh doanh của Công ty là khá ổn định, phát triển tương đối mạnh. Chương 2 cũng cho thấy công việc được thực tập tại công ty, tác giả nhận ra điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của bản thân để giúp bản thân trong việc xác định công việc tương lai sau này. Chương 2 cũng đề cập đến thực trạng tài chính của công ty thông qua các chỉ số tài chính như: Các khoản phải thu khách hàng thấp, nguồn vốn công ty sử dụng hiệu quả, nợ ngắn hạn của công ty có xu hướng giảm dần, tăng khả năng thanh toán của công ty…. Trong quá trình phân tích tài chính công ty, tác giả đã cố gắng bám sát những thay đổi vĩ mô thực tế trên thị trường, những thay đổi trong nội bộ tổ chức kết hợp với đánh giá ưu, nhược điểm để có thể đưa ra các đánh giá, phân tích sát với công ty hơn. Như vậy, chương 2 thể hiện thực trạng tài chính tại công ty cho thấy những thế mạnh, cơ hội, điểm yếu, tồn tại cần khắc phục…tại đơn vị, từ đó hình thành nên cơ sở đưa ra các biện pháp ở chương tiếp theo.

TÓM TẮT CHƯƠNG 3

Chương 3 đã tổng kết lại các công việc thực tập tại công ty, những việc làm được, chưa làm được. Mối quan hệ làm việc, đồng nghiệp giữa các phòng ban với nhau cũng được đúc kết lại trong chương 3. Trong thời gian thực tập và làm việc tại Công ty là khoảng thời gian gắn bó lâu dài nhất vì khi thực tập làm việc tại công ty em cảm thấy rất thoải mái, tự tin và làm tốt những công việc mà cấp trên giao phó. Trong công ty mỗi nhân viên đều có tinh thần tập thể, đoàn kết giúp đỡ lẫn nhau trong công việc. Công việc mỗi ngày rất nhiều và nhất là vào cuối tháng nhưng mỗi nhân viên trong phòng luôn có tinh thần trách nhiệm, tương trợ, giúp đỡ lẫn nhau. Khi có nhân viên bệnh ốm hay vì một lý do nào đó phải nghĩ phép nhiều ngày thì nhân viên có thể kiêm thêm một phần việc của người nghỉ để đảm bảo không bị tồn đọng công việc làm ảnh hưởng thời gian nộp báo cáo trình lên ban lãnh đạo. Các nội quy làm việc, nguyên tắc công sở…. tại công ty Sao Nam Việt đã giúp hoàn thiện bản thân em hơn.
