 Tôi xin trình bày và giải thích về việc thiếu vỏ chai REMY:
Vào ngày 06/05/2016 đại diện Công ty TNHH R.M COINTREAU VIỆT NAM đến kho chứa vỏ chai của Công ty TNHH I.A.S.8 tại Hà Nội, để cùng kiểm tra và tiêu hủy vỏ chai REMY.
Trong quá trình kiểm tra và tiêu hủy số lượng vỏ chai có ghi ngày thu là 22/05/2016 bị thiếu mất một số lượng vỏ chai là 60 chai tương đương 1 bao.
Do số lượng vỏ chai nhiều mà diện tích của kho lại hạn chế, nên hai bên đã thống nhất kiểm tra từng bao tải chứa vỏ chai và tiêu hủy ngay, nên có thể có sự nhầm lẫn trong việc thiếu 60 vỏ chai (1 bao).

Bản thân tôi và các anh em phụ trách vỏ chai tại Hà Nội rất ý thức trách nhiệm công việc, nên khi xảy ra sự việc như trên bản thân tôi cũng không tranh luận đến cùng sự việc mà tự nhận thấy rằng thiếu sót hay nhẫm lẫn đều là do lỗi của tôi.
Vậy nên tôi cam đoan rằng số lượng vỏ chai thu về kho đều đã được kiểm đếm rất cẩn trọng.
Cho nên việc nhầm lẫn thiếu sót số lượng 60 vỏ chai lần này đều do yếu tố khách quan mang lại, tôi xin cam đoan.
