Trưởng đơn vị nhận xét, đánh giá chung về kết quả công tác của mỗi cá nhân cán bộ, viên chức vào cuối năm tài chính (H6.06.07.03). Trên cơ sở đó, cuối năm tài chính, thủ trưởng đơn vị đánh giá mức độ hoàn thành công việc được giao của giảng viên và chi trả tiền công thu nhập tăng thêm cho cán bộ, giảng viên theo quy định (H6.06.07.04).
