Trường hợp cung cấp dữ liệu đất đai

Trường hợp cung cấp dữ liệu đất đai để phục vụ cho các mục đích quốc phòng và an ninh, phục vụ yêu cầu trực tiếp của lãnh đạo Đảng và Nhà nước hoặc trong tình trạng khẩn cấp, cơ quan cung cấp dữ liệu đất đai có trách nhiệm tổ chức thực hiện theo chỉ đạo của Thủ trưởng cơ quan, không thu phí khai thác và sử dụng tài liệu đất đai.
