Tôi xác nhận rằng Tôi không còn giữ và đã trả lại toàn bộ dụng cụ, hồ sơ, dữ liệu, ghi chú, báo cáo, đề xuất, danh sách, thư tín, đặc tính kỹ thuật, bản vẽ, bản sao, tài liệu, thiết bị, những tài liệu hoặc tài sản khác, bản sao các hạng mục kể trên của Công ty SYSTEMEXE Việt Nam, (gọi là “Công ty”).
Tôi cũng xác nhận rằng Tôi đã tuân thủ tất cả các điều khoản của Cam kết Bảo mật thông tin và Chuyển nhượng Sáng chế do Tôi ký ngày (gọi là “Cam kết”), bao gồm báo cáo về sáng chế và nguyên tác (như được nêu trong Bản Cam kết này), do Tôi tư duy hoặc tạo ra (tự Tôi sáng tạo hoặc cộng tác với những người khác) được đề cập đến trong Bản Cam kết này.
Hơn nữa, theo Bản cam kết, Tôi sẽ bảo mật toàn bộ bí quyết công nghệ, kiến thức, dữ liệu mật hoặc những thông tin mật khác có liên quan tới sản phẩm, quy trình, kiểu dáng, công thức, công trình đang triển khai hoặc thực nghiệm, chương trình máy tính, cơ sở dữ liệu, nguyên tác, danh sách khách hàng, kế hoạch kinh doanh, thông tin tài chính hoặc những vấn đề khác liên quan tới công việc kinh doanh của Công ty hoặc nhân viên, khách hàng, cố vấn hoặc người được cấp giấy phép.
Ngoài ra, Tôi cũng cam kết rằng trong vòng 12 tháng kể từ ngày ký xác nhận này, Tôi sẽ không dụ dỗ, lôi kéo, tuyển dụng hoặc khuyến khích bất kỳ nhân viên nào của Công ty nghỉ việc.
