1) Với QA/QC: nên viết quy trình Quản lý Tài liệu và hồ sơ. Trong đó quy định rõ việc sự dụng thống nhất một loại font chữ. Ví dụ: Times New Roman, 12.
2) Theo kinh nghiệm cá nhân, do đặc thù riêng, tiếng Việt chúng ta sẽ được hiện thị đẹp nhất, đều nhất với font Times New Roman trên mọi loại máy tính khi đi chung với các ngôn ngữ khác (Anh, Nhật Nga, Đức, TQ, Hindi..) trong cùng một văn bản mà không bị biến dạng. Nên tôi đề nghị sử dụng font chữ Times New Roman, khổ 12 cho tất cả các loại văn bản từ nay về sau.
3) Các Bộ phận khác sẽ sử dụng một kiểu chữ duy nhất cho các loại form mẫu bảng biểu dựa vào quyết định cuối cùng của QA/QC
