Thưa các đồng chí, thưa các quý vị đại biểu, tôi rất vui mừng thay mặt lãnh đạo Bộ Tài nguyên - Môi trường tham dự hội thảo cấp quốc gia Đề án " Xây dựng Đà Nẵng- thành phố môi trường" ngày hôm nay. Diễn ra vào thời điểm các tỉnh miền trung vừa trải qua cơn lũ lớn gây nhiều thiệt hại cho người và của, cho thấy quyết tâm rất cao của lãnh đạo và nhân dân thành phố Đà Nẵng trong việc xây dựng một thành phố hiện đại, thân thiện với môi trường. Tôi đánh giá rất cao và hoan nghênh sáng kiến của các đồng chí, đồng thời mong muốn rằng mô hình này sẽ sớm thành công và được các địa phương khác trong nước học tập và nhân rộng.
