Từ năm 2009, HUD1 đã tiến hành áp dụng hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008 và thực sự đã mang lại hiệu quả, góp phần nâng cao năng lực và uy tín của Công ty. Về mặt nhận thức, các cán bộ công nhân viên trong Công ty đều đã nhận biết được tầm quan trọng của việc thực hiện các hoạt động theo yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn. Ban Giám đốc cũng rất quan tâm đến cơ hội cải tiến và nhu cầu thay đổi đối với hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, cam kết đảm bảo cung cấp các nguồn lực cần thiết để thực hiện, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống cũng như hoạt động cải tiến sản phẩm theo yêu cầu của khách hàng. Như vậy, trên cơ sở những gì đã thực hiện được, Công ty cần duy trì và phát huy hơn nữa hiệu quả của việc áp dụng ISO 9001.
Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn một số khó khăn cần phải giải quyết. Do đó để nâng cao hiệu quả của việc áp dụng Công ty cần thực hiện một số biện pháp sau:
- Nâng cao nhận thức của cán bộ công nhân viên về lợi ích thực sự của việc áp dụng ISO 9001:2000. Đội ngũ lao động trong Công ty cần phải nhận thức rõ: lợi ích của ISO không chỉ đơn thuần là lợi ích mà giấy chứng nhận mang lại.

So in order to enhance the effectiveness of the application of the company needs to implement the following measures: -Raise the awareness of officials and employees on the benefits of the application of ISO 9001: 2000. Team of employees in the company need to be aware: benefits of ISO is not merely the benefits that the certificate provides.
