With reference to your letter No. 493/2016/NSRPLLC dated June 28th 2016, first of all, we would like to give a cheerful reception to your prompt disciplinary actions towards the individuals involved to minimize any potential consequences for NSRP. In addition, these actions must be officially reported to PVN MC to ensure they are sufficient and adequate.
On the other hand, we have to remind you that violations with respect to Group I catalyst procurement is only one part of Audit summary. As stated in your letter No. 453/2016/NSRPLLC, NSRP do not agree with the other issues and recommendations. During the audit, you couldn’t give any clear and specific explanation for ongoing violations and problems at NSRP, and seemed to agree with Dr. Huyen’s conclusion. Therefore, you are strongly requested to explain in details the reason for disagreeing?
Finally, you said the supporting materials have already been sent by Mr. Fukuda on your behalf on June 18th 2016, but we have to remind you that when someone is authorized to act for NSRP GD, the statement like “this email is written/sent on behalf of NSRP GD” must be attached.
