Luật Phòng, chống tác hại của thuốc

Luật Phòng, chống tác hại của thuốc lá đã bắt đầu có hiệu lực từ tháng 01/5/2013. Trong đó, các quy định in cảnh báo sức khỏe, cấm hút thuốc lá tại nơi công cộng cùng với các quy định về kiểm soát thuốc lá có tính hiệu lực pháp lý cao và chặt chẽ ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến tâm lý tiêu dùng thuốc lá của người dân, làm giảm sức cầu thuốc lá.
