Bằng những cơ sở lý thuyết đã được đưa ra ở chương 1, trong chương 2 này kết hợp phân tích số liệu thực tế chuyên đề đã làm rõ một số vấn đề quan trọng liên quan tới hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại ngân hàng nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn- chi nhánh 11- phòng giao dịch Hồng Bàng.
Qua đó tìm hiểu rõ hơn về tình hình cho vay tiêu dùng trong hoạt động kinh doanh của ngân hàng thương mại. Trong bài em có phân tích một số chỉ tiêu chính như: Tình hình huy động, phân tích doanh số cho vay tiêu dùng, phân tích dư nợ cho vay tiêu dùng, phân tích nợ cho vay quá hạn. Qua đây em cũng đã nhận thấy điểm mạnh, điểm yếu, và những hạn chế còn tồn tại của đơn vị em thực tập, đưa ra những giải pháp hợp lý cho Chi nhánh có thể hoàn thiện tốt hơn nữa để từ đó có thể giúp Chi nhánh nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh.
Chương 2 cũng chính là chương cơ sở tiền đề để chương 3 có thể đưa ra giải pháp, kiến nghị để nâng cao khả năng cho vay tín dụng tiêu dùng, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh tại Chi nhánh.
