Tôi đã hiểu ra nhiều điều khi làm việc nhóm:
Không lên để cái tôi quá lớn: Vì khi làm việc nhóm sẽ có những lúc bất đồng ý kiến, nếu không biết nhường nhau sẽ dẫn đến việc không hợp tác khi làm chung.
Cần phải khiêm tốn: nếu chúng ta quá tự tin vào bản thân, không chịu lắng nghe người khác thì cũng dễ dẫn đến việc xảy ra bất đồng quan điểm.
Phải là người có trách nhiệm: trong một tập thể, khi được giao nhiệm vụ chúng ta phải làm tròn trách nhiệm, đừng để ảnh hưởng tới mọi người.
