Ngày hôm kia, tôi và ông Nguyễn Thế Phương đã trao đổi với nhau về việc 3 sinh viên nhập học kỳ tháng 4 này, qua đó chúng tôi đã thống nhất như sau, xin thông tin để nhà trường biết:
- Người bảo lãnh của các sinh viên đã phải viết cam kết với ông Lê Văn Thuấn ở Việt Nam rằng, con họ sang đi học nghiêm túc, không được vi phạm các nội quy qui định của Nhà trường và pháp luật của Nhật Bản.
- Khi đến sân bay của Nhật Bản ông Nguyễn Thế Phương có trách nhiệm đón tại sân bay, sau đó đưa về trường làm các thủ tục cần thiết thì ông Phuong sẽ thu giữ một số loại giấy tờ quan trọng, như hộ chiếu…
- Nhà trường hoặc ông Nguyễn Thế Phương có thể giữ lại các loại bằng cấp đến khi tốt nghiệp mới trao trả lại cho sinh viên. Vì đó là giấy tờ vô cùng quan trọng của các sinh viên, là cả quá trình phấn đấu lâu dài của mỗi sinh viên đó. Vì nếu họ bỏ học thì họ sẽ mất hết các loại giấy tờ đó rất quan trọng đó. Điều đó chắc chắn loại trừ được tất cả những ai có ý không tốt khi sang trường học.
Với những điều kiện như trên, chúng tôi cam kết với nhà trường rằng sẽ quản lý tốt các sinh viên của mình.
Chúng tôi rất mong muốn nhà trường xem xét tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ cho 3 sinh viên đợt tháng 4 này sang trường học theo đúng kế hoạch. Rất mong nhà trường gửi sớm các tài liệu liên quan về Việt Nam để xin VISA đảm bảo thời gian.
