- Trường hợp Bên B tự ý chấm dứt hợ

- Trường hợp Bên B tự ý chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn mà hợp đồng chưa đủ 2 năm thì bên B phải thanh toán đủ 2 năm tiền thuê xe và chịu phạt số tiền tương đương 6 (sáu) tháng tiền thuê ô tô

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Lateral case B arbitrarily terminate the contract ahead of time that the contract was not enough for 2 years then the side B must pay enough rent for 2 years and suffered the penalty amount to the equivalent of 6 (six) months rental cars

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- If Party B unilaterally terminates the contract before the deadline but not enough 2-year contract, Party B shall pay in full for two years and fined car rental equivalent amount of 6 (six) months rental cars
