(Về việc vi phạm nội quy của Công ty)

Công tác tại : Công ty YKK Nhơn Trạch
Tôi xin trình bày về những việc sau:
Ở bộ phận bảo trì nhà máy YKK Nhơn Trạch có Ông Nguyễn Thanh Tùng là trưởng bộ phận bảo trì nhà máy đã vi phạm nội quy và quy định của Công ty. Nội dung vi phạm như sau:
1. Gian lận ngày công đi làm và ngày công tăng ca ngoài giờ: Tất cả các ngày thứ 7 và chủ nhật từ năm 2013 đến 2015 hầu như không đi làm nhưng vẫn được tính tiền tăng ca ngoài giờ đầy đủ (do có sự tiếp tay của bộ phận nhân sự nhà máy). Những ngày gần đây nhất không đi làm là ngày 14/11/2015, ngày 15/11/2015
, ngày 28 tháng 11 năm 2015.
(Đề nghị xem camera nhà máy).
2. Đàn áp trù dập cấp dưới.
3. Thường xuyên ăn nhậu say xỉn rồi vào làm trễ (Nhưng ngày công vẫn đầy đủ).
4. Đưa người thân bạn bè không có trình độ chuyên môn vào công ty làm việc và một số bằng cấp giả vào vận hành lò hơi như (ông Lư Nhất Vũ, Nguyễn Việt Quốc, Lê Tthanh Tú ).
5. Luôn luôn chèn ép và làm khó các nhà thầu phụ vào làm việc tại nhà máy nhằm ăn chia “hoa hồng”.
6. Luôn luôn làm khó các nhân viên vận hành xử lý nước thải kobenko và các xe giao hóa chất cho kobenko.
7. Cố tình phá hoại máy móc , thiết bị của nhà máy để mua vật tư nhằm ăn chênh lệch.
Tôi đề nghị ban giám đốc công ty xem xét và có hình thức xử lý kỷ luật đổi với ông Nguyễn Thanh Tùng . Tôi xin cam đoan những điều tôi viết trên là hoàn toàn đúng sự thật.
